Your Privacy Choices
Under certain circumstances, federal laws give
you the right to instruct financial companies
not to share some of your information. This is
referred to as "opting out" of information sharing.
The laws also permit financial companies to share
certain information about you without permitting
you to opt out. Generally, this type of information
sharing is necessary for normal business such
as maintaining your accounts complying with your
requests, complying with the law or offering you
additional products and services. Despite our
limited sharing practices, non-affiliated third
parties can still obtain information about you
from consumer reporting agencies and other outside
sources to market their own products and services.
If you wish to limit their ability to obtain and
use your information for marketing purposes, call
1-888-5-OPTOUT (1-888-567-8688). This service
instructs credit reporting agencies not to share
your information with third parties in connection
with preapprovals for insurance or credit cards.
You may also choose to send your request to be
added to the OPT OUT list by mail. For the addresses
